About EV's..

Umm when you use exp share to your another pokemon and kill a pokemon the pokemon get some exp right but do pokemon that has exp share that did nothing to a battle can get EV's too?

Pokemon that hold an Exp. Share and do not partake in the battle receive just as many EVs as any Pokemon that was in the battle. For example, if your Gardevoir takes down a Seviper, and you have a Sharpedo with an Exp. Share that doesn't take part in the battle, both your Gardevoir and your Sharpedo will gain an Attack EV and a Special Attack EV.

As a rule of thumb, Pokemon gain EVs whenever they gain experience points.
