About Magmar...

Please can someone tell me where to catch Magmar? I know you catch it in one island in Leaf Green, but can you catch it in the Destroyed lab on Cineebar island as well? If in the one island volcano where? Any help greatly appreaciated. Thanks in advance whomever helps.

Only in Mt. Ember. There's a grass area in it. You can find Magmar there. You won't find him in the Pokémon Mansion anymore.

check the pokedex next time anyway no it can -in gen 3- only be catched in the mount ember grass where it is still rare and only in leafgreen

Thanks for the help. If it was in my pokedex, that means diddly-squat, as that don't pinpoint exactly where it lives. I got the location from a prima guide. I haven't even seen it in the Dex, no trainer i've battled has one...

Magmar can only be catched in the grass near mt ember, good luck finding one.

You can find this sort of stuff, in the Pokedex, that's what the ad (top-left corner) is for. Use it.

magmar is one of my fav. pokemon!! i didnt know you could catch it?

Well you can only catch it in the Grassy area on Mt.Ember and it's only availble in LeafGreen

It is annoying that you cant catch Magmar before the Elite 4 (well you can kind of) Which is why I used Charmander>Blastoise. I decided to use Lapras instead.

Yeah, only in Mount Ember. If you don't catch it, then a Moltress or Rapidash won't hurt,(Charizard too).
