If the gym leaders could have more pokemon in anime, I think it would be these:

Koga- Swalot
Tate and Liza- Hypno
Morty- Misdreavus
LT. Surge- Electrode and Electabuzz
Jasmine- Lairon

You know what? This thread looks like a breeding ground for SPAM to me, with people throwing about short lists of Gym Leaders with random Pokemon. So I'm closing, because I'm seriously getting sick of all these 'list' threads... nobody ever puts any thought or reasons into it.
