Are you talking about the legendary dogs? If you are, you only get one after defeating the Elite Four, and it depends on your starter.
Bulbasaur = Entei
Charmander = Suicune
Squirtle = Raikou

You need to beat the Elite Four the second time and get the Legendary Dogs, depends on your starter.
Bulbasaur- Entei
Charmander- Suicune
Squirtle- Raikou

So...do I need to give celio both,the ruby and the sapphire, or only one of these?
PS:I already caught suicune in my cuz's firered...and I did give Celio both stones,the funny thing is that when i had the sapphire with me,suicune didn't seem to appear..
Anyone that can clear this up for me? as I'm a bit confused

All I know is that you need both ruby and sapphire to activate trading. I think legendary dog is released after you beat them the first time (could be second)

The ruby and the sapphire are different, you just give them to Celio. They have no other value. After giving both to Celio, he repairs the network machine so you can trade with R/S/E, Colo, XD.
