About trading from Pokemon Ranger

Is that even possible? With these special event pokemon the U.S. are getting i want to know i can bring them over to my Emerald or D/P. if this was asked before, i am sorry. i really want this issue cleared up. if it is possible can you tell me how because an FAQ i checked has no info on that.

The only Pokemon you can trade with in Ranger is Manaphy, so you can only trade Manaphy to D/P.Meaning that, you can't trade to Emerald,Sapphire etc.
