There are better Dark types out there, but for the sake of this poll, Absol can Baton Pass better than Umbreon.

Attack wise definitely absol. They are both different, absol being attack and umbreon for defense. If you are aiming for a good main attacking pokemon, I would suggest Lucario, or maybe a different fighting type.
