Accents - is there a way to fix them?

You may wonder what I'm talking about. Okay, well, recently I joined a Spanish club. As you are probably aware (I'll be shocked if you don't), Spanish uses accents in any of the vowels, in certain words.

When I type a message (like now), it looks fine: árabe, cañón, s?*, francés, único...
But when I hit enter, and displays the message, it's unable to display the accented vowel and has a couple of symbols instead.

So it appears the forums are unable to display accents, yet the Ññ appear just fine. Is there a way to fix this? Most forums display them fine...

EDIT: Never mind, it displays the other accents fine. it's the "i" accent the one it has problems with. i.e. s?*, aqu?*, Mar?*a. o_o Why does it do that? o_O

Hmm... Pokémon!

I'm sure that word is fine.

Wait, looking at your post again, I notice that my computer shows those accents.
