• Hi all. We have had reports of member's signatures being edited to include malicious content. You can rest assured this wasn't done by staff and we can find no indication that the forums themselves have been compromised.

    However, remember to keep your passwords secure. If you use similar logins on multiple sites, people and even bots may be able to access your account.

    We always recommend using unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication if possible. Make sure you are secure.

Once upon a time, I was a poster in this forum. My account was Pikachu. I didn't post much when I was here, but I did post from time to time. I never had problems logging in. But during mid-September, I was logged off yet my vBSkin for that account was still there. When I tried logging in, I got 'badlogin_strikes" error. I waited and waited patiently until I couldn't take it anymore, so I had my friend, GreenKirby, post about my troubles, then it seemed that many people had troubles with their account as well. However, I tried to keep logging in (because that was apperently the solution) but it was no use. The board actually believes that I input the wrong password when I never changed it and I couldn't even retrieve my new password because my e-mail for that account is long dead.

When D/P news started swarming, I was desparate to post that made this account (I broke the rules, I'm sorry) and used it to post. Because of my laziness, I never got around to post this until now.

Please mods or Serebii, fix this and reset my password and link it to this account or do anything to get me access to my old account because I don't want it purged. I appreciate your help.
