Excuse me but this is not the correct forum.
This forum is for discussing the 3rd Generation Pokemon Games, not hardware.
So I don't think anyone will be helping you here for the reason I wrote above,

The discussion of action replays and other cheating devices is banned here because they wreck your games and spp doesnt want any lawsuits from people who have had there games screwed up by using them.

I suggest going to the action replay site (i dont even know if there is a site for it) or look on ebay and if the price is in a different currency use a currency converter. ;123;
