Adding a forum to a webpage.

My website's service provider is DZones and they give you the Fantastico website modifier. This comes with many pre-programmed scripts, including some forums...that I do not like. I want to use www.mybboard.com, but I do not know how to install it. My question is: how do I do it? I do not have frontpage or dreamweaver on this computer either.

EDIT: I found their installation instructions, and is says to "chmod" some files to 666. What does that mean and how do I do it?

chmod means changing the mode of a file (if someone can read/open/modify them).
There should be an option in your FTP program to do so.
