Plot

Welcome to the year 2205. “Where are the flying cars?” you may ask, “The dome cities under water or in outer space?” Sorry, time traveler, but they’re not here. Keep looking.

We're not saying that the world isn't capable of these feats. Oh no, not at all. In fact, something on an even higher scale has occurred, something far more advanced than the stereotypical advances in technology that people dreamed would become the early 2000’s. How about a little history review, class?

--------------------------------------

The year was 1789 when Human rights were first established by an old Republic called France. They overthrew their leader and set up a document called the, "Declaration of the Rights of Man" And so came forth the idea of human rights. People like Leo Tolstoy, Mahatma Gandhi, Martin Luther King and even Anne Frank represented these rights and moved the world forward in the Idea of "Human Rights." accordance to these laws. For two hundred years, there was peace and prosperity. But perhaps there was too much joy…

An organization called the Government came up seemingly out of nowhere during this period of time. Within the span of five years, this ‘Government’ had taken control of the entire southern hemisphere and had the thought of Human Rights done away with along with the other things that stood for world peace, prosperity, equality, and of course, freedom. Why would the Government want to do away with human rights, you may ask? What about slavery? Mistreatment? Racism? Well, the Government had its reasons. And those reasons were more of the genetic side of things.

With their newfound power, the Government created super humans with the past 205 years of science to back them up. Many rights would have been violated with the creation of these super humans, but with the “human rights” out of the way, humans became no more than tools or dirt. Also with Human rights gone, they were able to claim these beings as their own and keep them in check with special devices called Backstabbers that helped them keep control of the mutants. With their technology, they morphed human DNA with that of an animal in as many ways as possible. Their goal: so that they could attempt to create a breed of Human animals that would be faster, stronger, and completely theirs. In their attempts, they succeeded.

It seemed that no one would oppose them, not even try to make a scratch on their reign. The Government was powerful beyond reason, they controlled trade, they rationed certain countries, and they created their own currency. No one could oppose them, right? Well people believed that until another organization rose to power. They called themselves… the Origin.

Even though the Origin didn't care much for human rights and stood for a more natural world, they were sick and tired of the Government crowning itself king. Anyone who could lift a weapon joined them. Though their technology was less advanced and their side less organized, they stayed alive and made a few dents in the Governments powers. It really was a wonder why the Government could not permanently wipe them out.

The war between the two powers continues, now, where are you in all this?

You

You are one of the Governments animal-human experiments that has, at one point, escaped from a lab located somewhere in the USA (The Territory that the Government makes their headquarters in) and you will be attempting to make your way over to Canada (Where the Origin resides). Please start out at a lab somewhere in your history, and if you join the Origin please become recruited somewhere else in your history.

Enamis have the ability to morph into one animal, giving them superhuman abilities. They’re morphing style involves a steady yet rapid change of internal tissues, a change that spreads outward to their appearance. The morph finishes in a half state similar to that of a were-creature. Enamis are often strongly built and have resemblance to their animal form in their human form. They possess inhuman strength and abilities given through their animal form, but their morphing is painful, and they are limited by this animal form in basic needs like diet and environment. They often dislike the other three species and there is no record of them ever getting a long with them.

Morphski have the ability to morph into a variety of animals located in the same genus. Each morph is different in appearance, but it is a full morph; when the morph is finished, the Morphski should resemble the animal in every way. Each morph also gives the Morphski superhuman strength, but each Morphski also has a favored morph that required little effort to morph into. Barring a Morphski’s favored morph, each morph requires a substantial amount of energy, and when a Morphski becomes too tired to hold its morph, it returns to human form, drained. If this should happen, the Morphski would be unable to morph for a certain period of time. Morphski in human form show slight resemblances to their basic genus; fish Morphski have fish-like qualities, snake Morphski have snake-like qualities, etc. They may also portray their favored morph. Like the Enamis, their morphing can limit them in basic needs like diet and environment. Morphski aren’t big fans of the Dyogai and the Enamis, but they are on speaking terms with the Metinals.

Dyogai are quite similar to Enamis in that they are half-human and half-animal. However, the Dyogai cannot morph, and are frozen in a were-creature state. They often have extra or unusually shaped limbs that are a part of their were-creature state. Dyogai possess a superhuman strength that rivals the Enamis, and they can access this strength immediately when needed. A Dyogai is limited by their animal half in basic needs like diet and environment, but this limitation expands further than the Enamis and Morphski. They hate the Morphski and the Enamis, but are indifferent to the Metinals.

Metinals are animal bodies controlled by human spirits. Like the Dyogai, they cannot morph, but instead stay in a full animal state. They often portray small human details – irregular or unusual eyes, mouths, or hair. Metinals do not possess a very strong superhuman strength; however, they are extremely intelligent, an ability that overcomes their physical weakness. Metinals are completely at the mercy of their animal bodies, and are limited by their physical form in dependency on the species of animal they possess. They are more of a peaceful species and only dislike the Enamis, they are viewed as a calmer species.

The Undecided (This group isn’t working for anyone at the moment, but they do want to free the other mutants)

Group 1: Airo
Description: This group was founded by Jay, its objective is to free as many Mutants as possible before heading over to Canada where they believe they will find peace. If you would like a leader who seems to know what he’s doing then this is the group to join.

My Sign up:

Name: Jay Heights

Age: 18

Gender: Male

Species: Morphski

Animal: Blue Jay (Bird Genus)

Team: The Undecided, team Airo

Description: Jay is a black haired teenager that stands at about 5’9 and weighs 130 pounds. His skins’ pretty pale and his eyes retain a shade of icy gray. His nose is crocked in one direction from when it was broken and then set wrong. Along with his nose, his smile goes up farther on one side of his face more than it does on the other, you wouldn’t be able to tell normally.

Jay wears a loose shirt that has a popular logo on the front, unfortunately it is rather outdated and torn from abuse. To top that off he also wears black jeans with a blue and black jacket that he unfortunately had to steal from a low security department store. His shoes are well worn and used to be black and red but have acquired a coat of dirt that makes them look a rather grimy dark gray. Jay also wears a

All of his morphs have a mysterious streak of bluish color to them, but his first morph, the blue jay, has a very notable light shade of blue that may help people to tell him apart from a regular blue jay.

Personality: Though Jay is sometimes hard to understand because of his techy talk he really can be a pretty nice guy. He’s never proven to be brave; but he isn’t one to stand down for a fight or to protect what he cares about, this is unless it isn’t the smartest choice. When he makes decisions he tries to keep on the popular side while still straying to what he believes will work best. He’s a problem solver and not so much a fighter.

He’s a hard worker and nowhere near a technophobic. Jay’s really good with machines though he doesn’t like to admit it and he knows probably the most about where the Mutants came from and how they got there. Though modest he does have a temper that can be rarely seen when he either gets frustrated or the situation seems hopeless, which may happen often so be prepared to find a way to calm him down.

History: Jay grew up in a lab that was located in Flagstaff, Arizona high up in the mountains and basically the only place in Arizona that ever saw weather other than heat waves. For the first part of his life he was treated good and raised with other young Morphski, however none of them knew they were Morphski at the time. All the young Morphski began to disappear one by one as they realized their morphing ability, not that any of the others knew that was the reason.

Around the age of seven was when Jay found out his. He was being chased by a older Morphski, who hadn’t found out is ability either, inside their small living space when he suddenly began to shrink and grow bright blue feathers. When the other boy saw this he bolted out of the room scared out of his wits. He alerted one of the scientists who told him he was imagining things and then sent him back to the other Morphski. When the boy had left the scientist rushed over to find Jay who was now a small Blue Jay trying to escape though the closed window.

From that point on Jay was exposed to the other mutants that lived in the lab. He was kept away from the other bird mutants and studied by other scientists. Everyday he would get an hour of flying time to burn off his extra energy and then be sent back to the lab for more tests. His life continued like that for the next seven years of his life, meaning he was now fourteen.

The Scientists at the lab were alerted of a new facility in Florida that had state of the art Technology and had even developed devices that could control the mutants. On that note a bus was readied and some mutants piled on from both Jay’s lab and its sister lab in California. On the way all of them were knocked out so the drivers could have a peaceful drive. However, a Cat Fish Dyogai stayed awake through the process of being gassed and was able to wake up some of the others, including Jay, to try and break out.

Though they failed terribly a distant sound seemed to scare the drivers half to death. They pulled over and took out guns looking to the sky to find out what was going on. Suddenly a screeching sounded outside of the van and after a few minuets the doors to the back of the van were opened and the Mutants hurried outside.

When they were off, and the still asleep ones were awakened, they found a group of mutants that worked for the Origin attempting to save them. Each and everyone of the mutants was asked to join their group. Only Jay and the Fish Dyogai refused, deciding that it would be better not to work for the Origin.

The two left traveling together for a while until to Fish Dyogai was killed while they were escaping from a populated area. Now Jay is looking for more mutants to save and bring to Canada where they might be able to live without working for the Origin or having to be scared for their lives constantly. Every once in a while he and his team of mutants (Which could be you if you join Jay’s team) will break into a lab to try and free more mutants.

I would love to rejoin this. Definitely put me under reserve.

I have a question though, is it absolutely required that we join a team? Can we be recruited during the RPG?

Of course, you're reserved.

You can go ahead and travel alone for as long as you want, but it would probably be good to meet up with someone eventually or this RPG might be boring for you.

EDIT: here we are!

Name: Synyster
Nickname: Syn
Alias: The Seeker

Age: Seventeen (in physical appearance, however, is unsure of his age)

Gender: Male

Species: Mentinal

Animal:
Canine of some kind, possibly a mix. The most prominent one however, is wolf.

Team: None for now….

Description: Syn’s base fur is the blackest one will ever see, and his underbelly and chest are a dark, blood red color. On his face are two traditional stripes that have the same blood red color. Synyster’s eyes, like most wolves, are a smoldering, glowing yellow-orange color. Perhaps the only thing very strange about Syn is the jewel implanted in his head, which shines a shadowy purple-blue color at all times. Synyster has several shackles with broken chains on his legs, as well as a spiked collar. He also has a hairstyle: spiky, yellow-blonde fur that reaches all the way down his neck, almost like a mane.

Personality: Syn has a huge superiority complex. Due to his intelligence, he finds other beings completely disgusting and idiotic, and therefore... unneeded. He is a bitter soul, demanding to go by the name “The Seeker” over threats of death because he likes to keep his identity secret. You see, he does not take too kindly to other creatures or humans, due to how they have used and betrayed him in the past.

Synyster as stated above is very... intelligent, given that was what he was raised for back in the lab; however, with his "eternal" knowledge came a price: insanity (to a degree). His main goal in life is to find a being of his intellect or skill level; someone that can outsmart him in either fighting or actual knowledge. Anyone that cannot meet his minimum standards is to be eradicated with no mercy, because they are inferior and unneeded in the world. Furthermore, no human will make it out of his line of sight alive, after the hell they have inflicted upon him.

History: Syn’s childhood is not worth mentioning, for semi-recent traumatic evens in his life have caused his mind to block out large chunks of his memory. In other words, Syn has no recollection of ever being a carefree kid in the arms of his mother. Instead, Synyster’s memories begin in the laboratory. He was essentially created as one of the very first Mentinals, but his progress was put on stall when mutations to his mind went out of control. He was officially deemed a “failure” in the Government, but kept in a time stalled cage to use for reference. However, what the humans conducting the experiment did not know, was that Syn was free to think and observe despite his body being frozen in time. Years passed with Syn doing nothing but watching his fellow comrades turn into beasts, powerless. But then one day, it dawned on him… he could escape. Once in awhile, the researchers conducting the experiments would check up on him, releasing him from his frozen state so they could take down their little notes.

This was his chance for escape.

Six months, twenty-one days, two hours, and seven minutes passed before his prayers were answered. A lone scientist took him out of his cage, unsuspecting of Synyster’s plans to kill him and escape the hellish life he’d been forced to live for god knows how long. Immediately, Syn’s mind was put to the test. He had to learn how to make his body respond in a way that his mind wanted him to, and well… he was quite a natural at it. Synyster escaped the lab, leaving a trail of blood that spelled his name.

He was now alone in the world.

Soon, he found other creatures that were similar to him, but not the same. Wild dogs. For a long while, he ran with them, for protection, but quickly found that they were… ignorant, stupid… not enough like him. He was outcast sooner then he wanted to be because the pack grew too wary of his strange ideas and long words.

Again, he was alone.

Synyster wandered a few years by himself, until he finally came upon a group of other experimental creatures. His first thoughts were, “I have found my place in the world,” however, the same thing happened again. The group outcast Syn when his intelligence proved to be too much for them to handle.

Tired of being used again and again, Synyster resolved to wander the world alone. As he did so, he became more and more bitter, and soon enough, his hate and rage got the best of him. He began to kill those that oppressed him, and went out of his way to get rid of the humans that subjected him to years of torture.

He now wanders the Northern regions of America, unsure if he should cross into Canada for fear of being rejected once again.

Other: During the RPG I may make Synyster recover his memories, and as he does learn to trust people because there were people in his childhood that treated him well. He just obviously... doesn't remember them.

May I please reserve a spot? My RP sample is below

“Hey, look at that boy”, Cassidy started while looking right towards Richard, and by extent Anatolio. “Is he meant to support you? If that’s so, you better can find another one that does that! He’s even more cowardly than a cyndaquil!” Both Cassidy and Butch started laughing, and even some other people who were scared of team Rocket. Anatolio saw how this affected Richard and was about to tell him not to take what they said to heart, but he rushed out of the Pokemon Center before Anatolio could say a word. Needless to say Anatolio was fairly irritated at the rockets. He saw Echo command her houndour almost flawlessly, but Tatiana seemed to be struggling more with her Eevee. She had managed to faint his Raticate, but her pokemon went down as well. He figured that Butch would have another pokemon, leaving Echo to fight two-on-one with the rockets. He tossed Nurse Joy a look that seemed to ask if Beedrill would be able to stand in the battle. She paused as their eyes met; his message being conveyed perfectly as she tossed him a full restore. He applied it hastily to the bug pokemon. then shouted out, "Hey Botch try taking this 'Cowardly Cyndaquil' on." He turned to his Beedrill and said, "Vespa, andiamo!"

Butch, thoroughly annoyed that someone butchered his name... again, sent out his Mightyena. "Mightyena, use Crunch!" He commanded. The dark canine willingly complied as it charged the frail bee, ready to sink his teeth into her body.

"Vespa, strafe around the attack and use pin missile." He commanded. Vespa dodged the attack as she took aim. Once she was clear of any immediate attacks, she fired a perfectly timed blast from her stingers and hit her mark. Her opponent, however didn't seem to be down quite yet, though.

'This is going to be a long battle...' Thought Anatolio.

Translation: Andiamo- let's go!

Awesome! This brings me memories of an old webcomic...it was great, but was stopped due to lack of resources and time. But now I guess I can revive that flame inside me! ^ ^

Please reserve a spot, since I'm a slow thinker. Oh, and do you need to have a last name? I suck at last names. And does it have to be a real name or can it be a more...mythical name? I never was fond of real names...:/ I can provide a reason for the strange name.

Hum... I probably should have posted earlier...

SU is coming along smoothly, and it should be done soon. But anyways...

@ShadoWolfDemon - I've always been fond of insane characters. Accepted!

@ManaphyMare - Reserved. You don't need a RP Sample, but feel free to add it in to your Sign Up.

@Hazel Nut - Reserved. Your character can have a mystical name (Aapep, etc.), and you don't necessarily have to have a last name. But if you're not going to have a last name, be sure to make the first extra impressive. ;)

Hey! Long time no see! Thanks, but you can probably credit the Awesomeness to Pokefan. She (I believe) helped out a lot with the new plot.

You are Reserved of course.

Darn it! I really don't mean to double post, but since I can't edit and I forgot to answer Hazel Nut's question here goes.

Think of it like they gave themselves names since they all grew up in a lab at one time or another. If you want to give your character a last name remember they chose it so it would be best if it corresponded with their personality.

Hey! I'm early!

Name: Sickle (Jules Habrian)

Age: 23

Gender: Male

Species: Metinal

Animal: Northern Tree Funnel-Web Spider (Hadronyche formidabilis mutatus)

Team: The Origin, Team Kari

Description: Like other Funnel-Web's, Sickle is a dark grey, slightly hairy spider about 3 cm across. His fangs are smaller than the average spiders, but still comparably large and intimidating. One of the more unique aspects of Sickle's appearance are the dark cyan markings that run down either side of his abdomen. In reality, these are synthetic bioluminescent patches that allow Sickle to communicate with people who know how to interpret his flashes. Also, upon close inspection, Sickle has green irises (which is disconcerting to most people)

Personality: Sickle is probably the most patient creature one will ever meet. His ability to wait patiently for anything to come to fruition allows him to set long term goals makes him valuable to Ti for both espionage and assassination missions. In conversation (with the few people who can understand him) Sickle is a rather morbid yet warm at the same time. This conflict of emotions often makes Sickle come off as a rather smug, yet devastatingly clever individual. He can talk his way out of most anything, and in the event that he can't, will be sure to at least make the other person feel uncomfortable.

Deeper down, Sickle is very lonely, and wishes for nothing more than affection. As such, he tries to keep good friends, who aren't scared to hold him, as physical contact is very special for Jules. Also, Jules has a rather strong crush on Ti, though she'd probably maul him if he ever confessed it.

While Sickle is basically friendly, he is, at heart, a killer. He has absolutely no qualms about injuring or ending the life of anyone associated with the Government. This comes from a deeply ingrained sense of hatred he harbors to most elite humans, as he blames them for his current situation. At his worst, Sickle is vindictive and malevolent, disregarding anyone's feelings and stating his points with a somewhat restrained rage. This usually happens when his considerable patience runs thin.

History: Jules Habrian was a young adult in his physical prime. For a regular human, he was seemingly healthy and well off. This basically meant he worked in menial labor ten hours a day for four dollars and hour. Despite this, Jules body was decaying. A terminal tumor was metastasized to his spine, which started to manifest when he was seventeen. One day when he was mopping the floor of a human enhancement laboratory, he fell to the floor, paralyzed.

The Government scientists decided to take advantage of this. They provided Jules and ultimatum. He could waste away the rest of his life in the gutter (literally), or he could submit to a mental transfer project the lab was working on. The upshoot: He would have a new, scientifically enhanced body. The lab was of course, withholding the fact that the new body was a big, hairy spider, but that wasn't something Jules had to know.

As the procedure began, Jules lay on the cold table with several wires attached to his bare skin. Just before he was put under, he saw a large spider in an aquarium, with similar wires attached.

Upon waking, the world was strange. It seemed like he couldn't smell anything, but could sense the tiniest vibrations in the air. He could see almost all around him, and what he saw was alarming. Stuck inside a large glass tank, Jules was now a very healthy, dangerous Tree Funnel-Spider. Jules tried to scream, but couldn't. No sound came from his mouth but strained clicks. He tried to take a step, but stumbled. He was amazed yet horrified as his reflexes caught his body before it fell. He went on like this for months, subject to articulation and coordination experiments. Most scientists were careful not to touch him, though he never made any threatening comments during psychological evaluations.

It is worth note that, during his first year reborn, Jules grew very close to a particularly humanitarian scientist in the lab by the name of Ellie. She cared very much about Jules, more so as a person than a pet, like the other scientists would. Ellie eventually became intellectually smitten with Jules, who cared for her in return. However, his escape from his sequestered life as a lab rat was far more important. The fateful day eventually came when Ellie came was comfortable enough with Jules to touch him. The woman's warm, caring touch was the first contact Jules had had in over a year. This didn't stop him from crawling up the woman's sleeve and administering a deadly bite to her neck.

As Ellie lay dying in front of him, Jules flashed a cursory apology as he skittered up the wall into an air duct. Jules lived in the laboratory air ducts for weeks, feeding on rodents and smaller pests as he tried to find a way to escape the aluminum dungeon. A month after living in the ducts, Jules head a disturbance from the lab below. Peering through a ventilation shaft, Jules witnessed a group of Origin insurgents storming the lab. During the fight Jules encountered another Metinal, a snake, slithering through the air ducts. At first, Jules was defensive, but after a short (one sided) conversation, Jules found that these people were on his side. Jules led the adder to a computer containing the data that decoded his visual language, and joined Ti's team Kari. Due to an initial mistranslation when asked his name, Ti inferred his name was Sickle. Though this was cleared up, Jules was fond of the name, and goes by either.

Since that day, Sickle has become an integral part of Ti's scouting and espionage operations. He is able to sneak in and out of some of even the most secure Government compounds. To this date he has killed over thirty people, and it probably won't stop anytime soon.

Other: Sickle's body has been improved in the following ways: increased speed, color and night vision, bioluminescent communication strips, increased venom potency, and boosted silk production. Also, Sickle hates it when people mess up his web.

Yes! I finished! FINALLY!

Gah... this is way too long... but I'm too lazy to shorten it...

Name: Aapep (Aiden Lizard)

Age: 16 (although it’s only an estimated guess on Aapep’s part)

Gender: Male

Species: Morphski

Animal:
Cobra Morphski, of the genus Naja, although his most favored form is that of the Egyptian Cobra.

Team: The Origin, Team Fidi

Description: In his normal, human form, Aapep appears quite… abnormal. Standing slightly above average height and unusually thin for his supposed age, Aapep appears slightly sickly in stature. Perhaps the only thing keeping him from looking like the living dead is his skin, a light tan that would be much darker had it been exposed to the sun or a regular basis. His hair, an unnatural red with hints of natural black peeking through, falls down slightly to cover his left eye. His eyes are a dark brown, and he often wears a mischievous expression across his face. He sports two styles of clothing; a plain, almost bland outfit for public encounters and undercover missions, and a vamprific, unusual outfit when outside curious eyes.

His public uniform consists of a pair of slightly browned jeans that rarely see the light of day, and a black shirt depicting a thin border between the day and the night. Topped off with a faded black bandanna and dirty sneakers, the only thing making him stand out in a crowd is his hair, which, unfortunately, is quite noticeable.

Outside of the public, Aapep wears an unusual article of clothing; a black cloak decorated with a red, snake-like pattern. This cloak, when worn fully, covers over most of his body up to his mouth, leaving only his red hair and brown eyes visible, and when the hood is worn, leaves only a trace of red hair. Underneath the cloak is his trademark “normal” outfit, however, and if one were to look closely, they could see the faint traces of some very dirty shoes.

Each morph has a distinct red symbol in a shape similar to the ying-yang side on its forehead. Occasionally, the Egyptian Cobra morph will be colored a deep black; however, this only happens if Aapep morphs in a furious state.

Personality: In every story, there are three kinds of characters. You have protagonists, the heroes who try to save the world no matter who or what they are. You have the antagonists, the villains who are trying to destroy the world in any way they can.

And then… you have Aapep.

Absent-minded, demonically humorous, and just plain odd, Aapep is one of those few who can’t be placed in a specific category. On the outside, he appears easy-going and slightly disorganized. He doesn’t appear as the sharpest crayon in the box; a tendency to pull a nasty “prank” on some Government agent and spoil the element of surprise has blown his cover in multiple occasions. He enjoys flavoring his usually sarcastic speech with fancy words – even if they don’t actually make much sense. And his plans don’t always make sense to the sane mind. Never to see a glass half empty or full, he questions why the glass is important in the first place. His unusual behavior and slightly blank expressions give his comrades plenty to question in terms of his leadership. The Origin must have been drunk to pick a kid who should be locked up in an asylum, right? Actually, they may have known what they were doing.

While Aapep may seem like a pushover, a childish boy who thinks that a deadly war is all fun-and-games, the truth is that he is actually quite stern. A true example that things are not always what they seem, Aapep prefers to watch and listen, using his goofy exterior as a cover. He is extremely untrusting of the groups of mutants walking around, even those who are part of the Origin cause. While his plans may not make sense when spoken, they are often proved to be unusually useful. And while Aapep may seem slightly “out-of-it”, he takes in what his comrades say and do carefully.

History: Aapep was born into the custody of two loving parents. For the first three years of his life, his parents raised him to be the best he could possibly be. They cared for him as much as they could. And even if he was a little odd, they still loved and embraced him.

… Then again, who remembers the first three years of their life?

Around the age of four, a dreaded turn of events changed Aapep’s life forever. As his family drove down what seemed like a perfectly safe street, a driver suddenly veered to the right, knocking into their car. The force of the blow was staggering; a childlike screamed reverberated off the metal as the car tipped over the safety rail and rolled down a steep hill. With a deafening crack, it’s turns were stopped by an innocent bystander; a tree, which fell down into the brush below. Worried and frightened passerby stopped their cars and frantically called 911. Two witnesses managed to break into the car that had hit the other, only to find nothing. Two ambulances arrived. Police blocked off part of the street. News helicopters hovered curiously over the site.

A boy around the age of four was released from the hospital three days later. Save a few bloody fingers and some glass shards in his hair, he had managed to come out of the accident relatively unscathed. It had been a miracle for him. But not for his family. His father had been knocked into a comatose state from an intense blow to his head. He died shortly after his son was released. His mother had been impaled through the shoulders and part of the chestal area by bent metal and shards of glass. She had died of blood loss. The man who had hit them was still out there, probably killing some other family with dumb luck like his.

Until a new legal guardian could be found, Aapep was sent to an orphanage. But his stay there was short. With their newfound power, the Government “confiscated” several of the orphans, including Aapep. They were taken to the Government labs, where they were subjected to a series of painful, immoral tests. Secretly, many of the mutants plotted an escape. An organization of spies and could-be assassins was set up. Among those leading the rebellion was Aapep, as he was now called.

Unfortunately, each escape attempt was a failure. Slowly, members of the rebellion disappeared, never to be seen again. In order to avoid detection, Aapep began his act as an insane child. Years past, but no one felt to count them. The act that he played fell into a habit.

Finally, freedom and justice chose to retaliate against the Government. A raid of Origin mutants and soldiers attacked the laboratory in one of the first acts of war, freeing the experiments inside. Free of the chains he bore before and thrilled by the temptation of avenging and adventure, Aapep joined the Origin cause partially to help destroy the Government. But there was another factor; the chance to find the man who had killed his family… and to kill him in his family’s name.

He he he, Just wait until we hijack the... Nevermind. Your are Accepted of course, that's a given.

OMIGosh you're right. Every person who's signed up so far (besides me) is somehow a little on the crazy side... And I really can't believe how many Metinals there are. I for sure thought that that one wouldn't be too popular.

ShadoWolfDemon

Live Without Warning

Manaphy Mare

1000 Words
I'm going to do a sane character, but I need some help on his history... I' have decided that his animal will be a Paris Peacock butterfly or a monarch butterfly, though.

I guess you could, I don't have a problem with it. Some of the groups, mostly the Origin, are so posed to be a lot bigger than I could ever hope to create characters for so that's is where CPU's will some in. Of course I put a CPU in charge of the groups for now, but if someone can get themselves to be worthy enough they could take over.

I can hear the car pulling up to my drive way now to take me to the asylum...

As for your history Manaphy Mare, what part are you stuck at? Either one would work fine, for your animal, but if you want my opinion I would say the Monarch.
