in serebii.net , i said there is Latios , so how can i find him ?

that depends what you've alredy done, and lati@s is randomly appearing.

well im not sure if this is true but this is what i was told:
latios randomly appears on the left side of the map.
and latias appears on the right side.(on the water mostly and unfortunately)

You need to get the Surf and Waterfall Moves
