after rescuing Smeargle?

Hello, I've been playing PMD1 for almost a year and I have rescued Smeargle. It's seems that the number of available dungeons didn't increase at that time and I've used wondermail codes to receive rescue jobs in some hidden dungeons, but overrall, nothing happened recently. So how can I uncover those dungeons and recruit more friends and legendaries?
