Anabel appears in this episode, though I don't know much. I'm such a bad person who doesn't know anything.

Coming up after this is the Battle Episode, me thinks. Anyways, Telepathy Battle, the title means that she definitely has a Pokemon related to the mind or something. Yeah... I guess it would be Alakazam or Gardevoir, but that's just IMO.

Since we already know Ash loses the first time, I really want Anabel to clean his clock.

Ash has been breezing through all the Brains, it's about time he hit a wall. I don't just want Anabel to defeat him, I want her to destroy him, wipe him out completely.

It would be a nice wake-up call for Ash, especially for the Battle Pyramid.

Ooooooooh! Tauros. Finally, one of them appears! It's too darn under-rated. Metagross appearing is good too, because I don't recall Metagross having that much screen time.

And Corpish? Interesting Choice, I'd like to see how Corpish plays a role in this battle. Alakazam and Metagross better destroy Ash with their Psychic Attacks.

A third Pokemon from Anabel would be great. Perhaps another Psychic Pokemon?

Bah, this sucks. I guess they brought in Tauros and Corphish to be the 'pure power' that Ash realises he can't depend on. Funny how they bring in the brutes to teach Ash a lesson, and so his revised plan will probably be speed... Swellow and Sceptile. I hope that that 'other' possible Pokemon is Gardevoir. PLEASE.

Has there been any Frontier team that hasn't featured some of the most dissapointing pokémon choices? Thats not really the kind of pattern I dig.

But I hope Corphish manages to beat that Metagross, for obvious reasons.
And honestly, I don't care about Tauros. At all.

I just hope that we will see Corphish evolving to Crawdaunt. Being a partial Dark type is the only way that I see Corphish could beat those psychic Pokemon. Besides, a Dark Type could be the perfect secret weapon for this battle.

Using brute force? Uggh if that happened. That would further the trend of 'dumbing-down' Ash for all of his losses. He's also been using Speed... for the entire Hoenn region! I want some damn intelligence from his rematch. Sceptile and Swellow are great but I've seen my pals before.

It doesn't matter if one hasn't been seen recently. Fact of the matter is, it's been seen before plenty of times, and that's whats so frustrating about the whole deal. We already know what an Alakazam is capable of, in and out of battle, so we don't need any more reminders. They have a plethora of other fine Psychic pokémon to choose from, yet they go for the most tired and tested options. Why is it so difficult for them to deviate from that? There's no excuse.

Cool, Tauros, this should be interesting as to how Ash commands it and what moves it uses. Has beaten all the Frontier Brains all in one go? Pah! He needs to lose at least once or twice.

As much as I prefer Swellow/Sceptile over Corphish/Tauros, I want the former two to wait until the grand battle with Brandon to hog the glory. Let some other 'less-significant (to me anyways)' pokemon win this time and leave the finals for powerhouses like Sceptile, Swellow or even Glalie.

Alakazam over Gardevoir.... that sucks. I really wanted to see Gardervoir battle for the first time. Unlke others, I'm okay with Metagross, as it is one of my favorite pokes, and I don't really mind seeing it again.

BTW, a question. Has Tauros ever won a battle for Ash?

It beat one of Drake's, Orange Island Drake by the way, Pokemon I believe.

I personally am totally not suprised by any of the Pokemon used by Anabel currently, but I hope her last Pokemon is something even slightly making this episode worth it :/

but: corphish evolution would be a very good time right here....maybe corphish losed bad, trains, evolves and goes back to battle ( how generic is THAT?)
