I was curious about them two oldies. Agatha mentions Oak as sometime being a handsome tough man. Could that mean they had sth in the past?
Could that mean Gary's Granny might be Agatha(not necessarily legal)? Ths is not so important a question, but it might turn out that Oak has once had the same "wants" as Brock(kidding)

I'm pretty confident that what you are implying did not happen but that Agatha and Oak could have come from the same town and might have possibly been rivals (based on nothing but speculation).

I know, but i just have to make fun of Oak. He is to heavenly to be true. Besides, an old-lady female dog(politely said) would suit Oak. In addition, Gary is Agatha-like in a way. I mean, his attidude?

I highly doubt that, you dont have to have kids to find someone attractive, i mean if you look at her dialogue she says he was once attractive, that does not implie that they have kids at all. Agatha once had a crush on oak and thats it,

Well in the manga, she was part of his research team, and oak left when she started to work on a way to control pokemon, so they became rivals. at least i think its like that!

Agatha just secretly admired Prof. Oak in the past, and that doesn't really matter now. They were just probably together when they were younger, and Agatha was often mean to him, I guess. ^^;

I think she was his old GF but Oak broke up with her because of her attitude. Maybe she did have it with Oak though...Gary's personality is very similar to her's.

I know. Acording to some pokemon journal...i think it was on six island...Oak and Agatha were fierce rivals during thier training days.
