Since we know the timeline location of the RSE saga, can anyone calculate the age of all 9-11 main characters at Ch1?

Actually Ruby and Sapphire will most likely be around 3-4 only in Chapter 1, as RSE took place 7 years after Red claimed championship at the Pokemon League, and Ruby and Sapphire are about 10-11 right now. Wally presumbly will be at the same age as the two.
What really interests me though is where exactly FRLG fits along the chronological order. I have seen from various Japanese websites that claim Red, Green and Blue are 16 in the FRLG saga, but I have yet to see any mentioning of it in all the manga chapters of this series that I own. In fact, I'm not entirely convinced that the three are only 16 in this series, as they seem to have significantly aged. There are two major hints in the series so far which might pinpoint to the answer:
1) On One Island, Bill mentioned something like he has not met any trainer stronger than Red or Green in the past five years. This could either mean the time lapse between GSC and FRLG, which actually makes the most sense, or it could simply refer to the total duration of how long he has known Red and Green, which means FRLG takes place almost immediately after GSC.
2) When Mewtwo reappeared, Red addressed him as the pokemon that has disappeared for several years since the last battle. Mewtwo was only released from Blaine towards the end of GSC (by Entei's flames), so if FRLG takes place 1 or 2 years after GSC, I could hardly call that several years.
Since RSE takes place approximately about 3-4 years after GSC, the 5 year time lapse between GSC and FRLG will be the most ideal. Otherwise, PokeSpecial actually progresses in a messed up chronological order comic wise, since the FRLG series will only get published after RSE ends.

That would make sense due to the video games saying that Fire Red/Leaf Green happen at the same time as Ruby and Sapphire. Thanks guys.

So how old would that make all of the characters at this point, then? Ruby and Sapphire, as well as Wally if he's around their age would be 10 or 11, as already stated. And if you think Red, Green, and Blue are older then 16, perhaps they would be 17/18? Would that place Silver, Gold, and Crystal between 14 and 16? I haven't heard any reference to Emerald's age, but I know little about the manga compared to a lot of the people who visit this part of the forums.

If my estimation is correct, Red, Green and Blue should be around 18, or even 19 if the 5 year thingy mentioned by Bill refers to the time lapse from GSC, since the three of them are at 14 at the end of GSC.
Gold, Silver and Crys will be around 16 then, and Yellow at 17. It's all just speculation though.

Red, Green, and Blue seem that old but Yellow doesn't. Also, I wonder when the Battle Frontier Saga takes place. Has anyone confirmed when that happens? While I'm at it I might as well bring this up, but what do you guys think about a Colosseum and XD saga fitting into the timeline? I remember a guy named Kein giving his theory on where it is in the video games but what do you guys think about it in Pokemon Special and when?

You've kinda answered your question there already actually. At the end of GSC Yellow is about 12, and she's not depicted with prominent breasts, but Sapphire is already depicted with them at 10. This means the writers don't really care about how the age correlates with the physical appearances of the characters. I guess they just don't want to Yellow's original character design since giving her prominent breasts would drastically change how fans have already viewed her.
