I beat his dungeon easily, and I beat HIM easily, then i cant recruit him. Ive tried him 6 times with no luck. Any tips? Im Platinum W/ friend bow and lvl 67 articuno. It just doesnt like me. Thanks.

I think you have to have a higher rank then Platinum.

Yea you need to have Diamond or Lucario...

Umm... I recruited him on the first go with Platinum, Friend Bow and around Lv70 Articuno.

Rank dosen't matter. His recruit rate is -10% I think.
