Aipom and possible starter

Well there are a lot of stuff to be solved. First, is the starter stuff true? Second is Ash going to pick the fire starter? If both these questions are answered to prove that Ash will get the ape fire starter, then maybe he'll leave Aipom with Oak just like he did with Glalie. Which is a shame since Glalie did a good job with the Hoenn League but Aipom has never done anything important yet like the rest of Ash's team. But yeah, there is a 1/3 chance of Ash getting a fire starter that's not even been confirmed so we'll just wait and see.

What if the fire monkey thingy isn't a starter, if true of course, if it's just another wild pokemon, then it could leave a door open for Aipom to evolve, yes?
*sigh* I barely escaped from the starter crap being thrown around in the DP Forum, then I come to Anime Spoilers for a breath of fresh air and I see this!!! I'm gonna need therapy.

Anyways, I wouldn't speculate on anything that happens on the Anime after Sept. 28th, since we don't even know the starter's types, let alone what they are, how they look like, etc. And we don't know much about DP in general anyway.

If the information is correct, which I'm going to be silly and believe it is, then I honestly believe Ash would pick the water type, which, going by the information, is penguin-based. I don't think he'll go for Fire yet, although it would be good for him to have some Fire redemption after the Torkoal incident.

yeah it think they are not the starters i still think that the dark psy and fight will be the new ones the other 3 that were said are just pokemon witch the fire ape will be apoim evo witch aipom will trun to in the new area
The names are already confirmed, and Hikozaru means Fire Child Ape...So there a high chance that it is the starter.
They wouldn't have Ash to catch a 3rd gen pokemon at the end of the season then dumb him at Oak's.
The writers will probably give him the water started to dodge this though.

When were the names comfirmed? Well, in that case, they just might give him the fire starter. I don't think it's likely for a grass one, seeing as Sceptile got a chance to shine. But then, does it really matter? Even though Torkoal was shafted, that doesn't mean they need to redeem fire types. It's not that big of a deal.

On the idea of Ash getting the Fire Starter, we still don't know if the triangle will be Fire, Grass and Water, but either way, I am sure Ash will get one of the starters and I don't really care which one he gets.

Just some info on what is being discussed:
We have three pieces of information:
- Three names from a toy-selling page
- Japanese Blog
- The "image" of the new starters
People, DO NOT think they are all in the same packet. One may be true while the other isn't. For example, the three names are almost official, since they were in an official page selling a Pokemon something. The Japanese blog may or may not be real: I doubt someone would get a secret behind-the-scenes tour of DP, but random info like the healing animation makes it seem realistic. Yes, he did have one name that corresponded to the official names (the one of the fire "starter"), but he could've taken it from the same page we know (the product one), and based his "info" on that. Finally, the "image" was already confirmed fake by it's creator, but that doesn't mean all of the other two pieces of info is false, since he made his/her fakes BASED on the info, he didn't just invent it all.
Lastly, the only pieces of confirmed info we have are the names, which MAY or MAY NOT be the names of the starters. They could be just random Pokemon's names.

All we know is that theres a confirmed 4th gen pokemon name that translates to A Fire Monkey. It could be an Aipom Evo. Which is strange agoing from Normal 2 Fire unless its like an Eevee.
However the chances r the the new trio so i recon Ash will get the Kangaroo, May will get the Protocerptops and Brock/new (should be killed) new girl have the dark 1.
Ash needs a water stage 2 stater however i recon it should be (4give spelling) Fareligator since a lot of his Jhoto, especailly the staters got shafted.

But still, upon closer examination, both of their primary features seem to protrude from the back nether regions or 'arse area' of each respective pokimate. In this case, Hikozaru's butt seems to be spewing ~:The Flames of a Banana Curry's Eternal Torment:~. The artist's impression of this fascinating creature, seems to depict this member of the genus buttflamius attempting to put out said flames, whilst trying to look cool and composed. Extraordinary!
