Alakazam EVs and IVs

Hi all.

I am going to train a Alakazam with the following nature and moves:

Timid Nature

Psychic
Thunderpunch
Firepunch
Icepunch


But I am not sure wich EVs and IVs I should give him.
I was thinking about max Special attack, max Speed, and remaining in Special Defense. Is this a good decision? And wich IVs are important for this Alakazam?

I hope someone can give some advise.

Focus on trying to get high speed and Special Attack IVs (breeding, anyone), and then EV train him in those stats.
