timid is always better then modest

it always needs calm mind, unless you use a Choice Band version.

Encore/Psychic/Calm mind/Recover is nice, despite the fact it is raped by darks/metagross

If you want to use Calm mind, I reccomend Latias. Otherwize, it may be better to use a full out sweeping set on Latios.
