I will go ahead and keep Haze in there seeing what you are doing here.Wing Attack/Fly over Dragonbreath.Wing Attack/Fly will help take out grass,bug,etc types and gains STAB.Thunderbolt over Fire Blast.Thunderbolt with help take out water,flying,etc types.You may need to trade back to R/B/Y to get some of these moves.

I would say Light Screen over Reflect.Light Screen will raise Ampharos' special defense.If you don't want to use Light Screen,then Reflect is fine.

A great team with great stratagy.

All my changes are in bold above.After reviewing your team,I noticed that you have some fighting,fire,and ground.For the fighting weakness,I think your Exegguator can take them out with Psychic.For the Fire weakness,I think your Dragonite can wipe them out with Surf or Tyranitar with Earthquake/Rock Slide.For the ground weakness,I think your Dragonite can deal with them with Surf.Dragonite is also immune to ground attacks too.I think your team will do just fine.Good Luck!
