I knew somone would ask me that. I chose Heat Crash because it was very good against lightweight pokemon, but not heavy ones. That's why I have Flamethrower.

This guy has a pitiful speed so priority in Sucker Punch is a must.

-Focus Blast / Grass Knot
No point using physical moves on a Zen Mode set. Sub to get down to activate Zen Mode, then Psychic and Flamethrower for STAB and last move as a filler.

General Nonsense's Volcarona set is fine.
