I'm about to face Primal Dialga in Temporal
Tower, and I was wondering how close I am
to being able to evolve. Can anyone tell me?

You can't evolve your starters without certain requirments.

Sorry for putting this in the wrong place... My bad.

I understand the requirements for evolving,
I was just looking for an amount of time, or
number of missions or something.
