I highly doubt that. With Plumeria confirmed to appear, it is highly likely that Guzma will as well. And, Golisopod is his ace.

We just have Vikavolt (which is most likely debuting in SM106), Golisopod, Pheromosa, Kartana, Meltan (which will debut in the future), and Melmetal.

I think melmetal will debut alongside meltan in the future
Golisopod will debut in near future episode with team skull arc alongside its trainer Guzma
Pheromosa and kartana will be there in the next ultra beast arc
I heard about some mega evolutions which are not debuted in tv series they will be shown in alola league and ultra beast arc

I'd say Melmetal will be last. Mostly because Kartana will easily be a one off like all the other UBs par Guzzlord, while Melmetal likely isn't going to happen until the end of Meltan's whole plot.

Yeah, most likely, I was thinking Melmetal would appear in SM112 but it's not looking likely.
