I'm gonna go with Plusle - I never got the experience with a porygon 2 so I can't really vote for it. Plusle on the other hand...killed the elite 4.

Porygon2. It's a fantastic Boltbeamer with great Sp. Defence, and although Plusle and Minun are great when used together in the NU enviroment, the virtual ducky is just plain cooler.

I´m going to vote porygon2! because it´s a duck and real life ducks lives in river that reminds me water, and.. I LOVE water pokés! wow, I traveled a lot in this post...
but serious now, I vote porygon2, because it has excelent moves, sharpen/recycle/recover/Bolt-beam/solarbeam/Trace as trait, and the most important:
porygon2 has good stats in all stats (except speed), but one just T-wave solves the problem ^^!
