Alright, a couple of questions....

I've been EV training my Latios in Special attack. The way I've been doing this, is by trading records with a friend. My Latios has Macho Brace and Poke'Rus.

In his secret base, there are 6 beautiflys in there. As many know, it gives 3 EVs towards Special Attack stat. So heres what I got so far...

3*2*2*6

6 for the 6 beautiflys in his secret base. I can only have 255 EVs correct?

255/72

It would equal around 3 or 4 battles rounding it up. Since the fourth battles would give it an extra 33 EVs, Am I still able to use those 33 EVs for a different stat, or am I screwed in that department?

Also, I've checked the IV calculator to calculate my Latios' stats. He has a Careful Nature (sucks because i wanted him to have highest special attack stat possible) and his stats are as followed

Special Defense-108
Speed-99

Can someone please explain what just happened.

Also, I'm planning on getting Fire Red soon, and might get GS/AR to get Deoxys since i missed the events, will it produce any major glitches in the game?

The closest I can think to a miscalculation is my EVs not being at 255, but I'm almost positive they are.

I really wish there was a way to determine if your EVs in 1 stats were at 255 or not

I think the answer to your question lies in the fact that Serebii's calculator isn't the most reliable. I think what the calculator did was add in the entire +63 stat gain from EVs, but since your Latios is not at LV 100 yet, it hasn't gained all of its stats from EVs yet. I think the Psypoke stat calculator may be more reliable:

Also, the sticky I linked also has a calculation to help you determine how much stat gain from EVs your Pokemon should have at any given level, so if you want to check if you're on track, you could try that, too. But I think you're probably fine.

To answer your other question, once you have 255 EVs in a stat, you can't gain any more, so battling extra Beautifly won't affect anything/use up any EVs once you're at 255.

As for the last question, discussion of cheating devices isn't allowed on the forums, so I can't help you there.
