ALTERIA/FLYGON ivs?

Hey everyone, im breeding one of each.. does anyone happen to know wat good iv's are for each lvl 5?like wat stats they mite be? i dont know how to calculate..thx in advance

stats for a Lv 5 swablu with max IVs, and a neutral nature: (multiply by 1.1 for beneficial, .9 for hindering)

HP: 21
Atk: 10
SpAtk: 10
Speed: 11
SpDef: 14
Def: 12

and for Trapinch:

HP: 21
Atk: 16
SpAtk: 11
Speed: 7
SpDef: 11
Def: 11

Note that the above stats do not guarentee a 31 IV, but can be as low as 20.
