Altering Cave?

does anyone know how to change the pokemon seen in altering cave without a hotspot....and if so how do u change it to see houndour

You can't. There are E-Reader cards for the Japanese version. If you have a Gamecube, Gamelink Cable and Colloseum/XD you should be able to get all the Pokemon from the cave.
