there is NO WAY to get the other pokemon in altering cave.
Nintendo designed it to have some sort of trigger to bring the other pokemon about but the have not released that "trigger" and probably never will

Read the FR/LG FAQ thread, that's what it's there for. It explains everything about Altering Cave, but DarkSpectrum is correct, you can not change the Pokemon in there.
