Alternate Solution

Does anybody knoe an alternate way to quickly raise a Pokémon's happiness?? I don't particularly want to walk 76,800 steps. Thanks.

Give it vitamins (zinc, carbos, etc), and use the itemfinder on the spot where Mr Fuji was standing when you found him in the Pokemon Tower in Lavender, you'll find Soothe Bell, let them hold it.

You can tell how happy it is by how closer it comes to the screen when you give it an item such as Zinc.

Ok, thanks. One last question, can you evolve into Espeon/Umbreon in Fire Red/ Leaf Green or not?

no u can only evolve eevee in r/s/e into those 2

Sadly no... It is really awkward to 'cause you can't get Eevee on R/S/E either! To get my Umbreon and Espeon I used Colloseum!

rare candies
and if you dont feel like walking 70,000+ steps, ride them on a mach bike(in R/S/E only, trading brings happiness to 0)

I would give it the soothe bell and battle lots and lots. Always keep it conscious and in a healthy condition. When it loses health or gets inflicted with a status condition, heal it right away. And because they're so bitter, never give it the herbal medicine, for that lowers they're happiness. Plus another method is to bring it to Daisy (Gary's sister) every day, possibly after beating the Elite Four, and let her groom it. That will improve its condition, too.
