If you ALWAYS get a shiny and just from that pokemon I say its a glitch. If it was luck why would it be everytime and the same pokemon on top of it?

Thirty shiny Poochyena?! I dunno if I should believe you or not. =/ If its true, I'd say a glitch, or you cheated, or you overcomed the odds of overcoming the odds of 8162 to one 30 times in a row.

Me either. It is just too unlikely. My guess is that AR/GS/CB is somehow involved.

Must have cheated. Used a "Always Shiny" code.

That or a very lucky (and unlikely) glitch.

He cheated. Look at his Pokedex completion. There is only one explanation.

Well, maybe he just cheated for a Celebi. And other unobtainables. It's probably a residual effect of a cheating device.

A side-effect?

Possibly.

But, generally I do not think that function interfer with disfunctions in the programming.

I remember once I used the always Shiny cheat and disabled it after I saw what a shiny looked like, but the effects stayed there in some parts
