Am I the only one who hates replanting berries?

I mean, it's total busy work! Why can't I just pick the berries and leave without replanting the whole plant each time! They could just make an option to remove the plant and put a new one without it doing it every time! Sometimes pokemon forces the player to do many repetitive and menial tasks...

you're so mean! :@:@
but,it worth it.you plant 1 berry and you get 2 in return.I must say,yes i have too.

I agree, it wouldn't make sense to pick berries and have the whole plant dissappearing. Although I can't play all the time they make it so that they replant themselves after a certain amount of time. I have only seen this once, all the other times I lost my berries (I am currently all out of Pecha Berries).

well it's easier if yoiu use growth mulch and water ALOT
i have over 100 tomato, kelpsy etc berries for e.v. reduction and that was how i got them

I really don't care unless I'm in a hurry for the EV reduce berries. Like now, I'm running too fast because I'm re-EV training some of my pokemon..

i wish you could do something for berries like the old ruby/saphire day care cheat
(if you left your ds on with ruby inserted and the up button jamed down with the character repeatedly sattempting to climb one of those slippery mud slopes by morning, pokemon in day care had grown dozens of levels)

I do agree berry planting is a fun feature, but it's a little annoying when you first say: Soft loamy soil (or something like that) would you like to plant a berry? You choose to plant the berry, plant it, a text comes up, but then you have to water it. You press A in front of the berry, a text comes up (would you like to water it or something) and ATLAST you can water it and finish the job. It should go faster

i agree, the process is very long...it should be
Plant a berry?
Yes
Water?
Yes

and then your done....
There is a program called metal kid's pokemon program, and the 3rd gen version has a berry calender thingy.
You say where you planted your berries, and what type. Then it tells you how long untill you need to water it again. But the 4th gen version is in a beta stage so only has the pokedex (very good) and IV calculator active (much better than serebii's)

What I hate is not to replant, it's that if you don't touch them, they will disappear.

growing berries doesn't much appeal to me.

i always end up losing berries because i forget to go get them and stuff.

it doesn't make a huge difference to me though, because I don't really use them as hold items or anything, and I dont like contests as much as the other stuff.
