Amourshipping (Ash x Serena) General Discussion (SPOILER WARNING)

Well the episodes coming out tomorrow, so all our questions shall be answered! And I'm sure PK will update us on anything AmourShippy

Heres a question for our last waiting day (if that makes sense aha)
This question is to just let out your imagination, but try to keep it realistic.

What kind of scene are you hoping for if the cliff scene is extended to them being alone for awhile ??

What i can see, when they fall from the cliff, only serena is on danger while ash holding her hand so she wont fall, but if ash continue holding serena, theres possibility that they fall both, and the script like this,

serena: ash let me go! Or both of us will fall
Ash: No! I wont give up till end!

And the flash back play and she fall inlove more to ash

4. Brock, if he were to come back. All his flirtatious ways with women considered, you can bet he'd pick up on Serena's feelings for Ash, and I'm sure nothing would make him prouder than for his old buddy to finally have a girlfriend.

HAHaha yes I approve of Brock 1000%. I can just see how it would play out, and it's making me laugh ^o^ Better him than Cilan who'd be comparing Serena to the perfect souffle or whatever. Man, Cilan....

Well, for me I will keep it realistic to both characters. I would like to see him save her. They are kinda standing apart. Serena gives him a normal "Thank you", no blushing or anything. Ash says "No problem", taking a step forward...then his eyes wince in pain. His legs begin to limp leaving Serena questioning what is wrong. Ash slowly sits down with a pained expression, Serena rushes to him to see what is wrong. He points out that somehow his leg got scraped and injured. Serena feels awful, saying "Oh Ash. I'm sorry, if I wasn't so clumsy this would never had happened...". She looks down in a bit of sadness and regret, in which we then see Ash let out a small smile. He then says not in a necessarily romantic way, but still a kind sincere way "Hey Serena. Don't you worry about it! As long as you are okay, that is all that matters." At this point we see Serena's eyes widen, giving a little bit of a blush. She says "Ash, do you still have that handkerchief with you?" In which case he reveals he had always carried it in his pocket. He hands it over to her, and we see Serena wrapping his leg. Ash thanks Serena. She responds with, "Let's get back to camp." Ash stands up om his own, but still winces in pain with a slight limp. In which case Serena grabs his arm, and puts it around her so she can support him, saying "Common Ash, never give up until the end." Ash has a very small gasp, then smiles at the phrase he had once taught her. "Right." He says with a soft tone as the two of them walk back to camp together.

Hey this is really good! I want to know whether this cliff scene is gonna lead to an injury, a quick save by TR, or something that gets the duo lost or whatever and they have to find their way back to camp. I mean it could really go any which way. All I know is I'm really excited and no matter the outcome, I have moderate expectations and I'm hoping that the writers will not screw this up. I have faith in this episode, people. Or at least some, haha.

I was initially thinking that a "repeat" of the Pallet town summer camp incident would show up later on in the series, but I guess it's appropriate that it should happen during the current summer camp arc. With that being said,

Do you think that this episode will fuel the rest of the series and mark the beginning of a new chapter in both Serena's journey and her friendship/relationship with Ash? Or is this just another filler episode that won't mean much in the future?

A tip for everyone of us given there's only 8 hours left for the XY040 Debut...

In these moments it's better to think the worst scenario (falling from da cliff and Rokettos saving them), cuz if they bring the best situation (stuck together downside that cliff with overdoze of hints) we'll gonna be more excited and we're gonna enjoy more those little moments between our Density Boy and Pasta Girl.

Some "last minute pessimism" in the end is benefical when the results of that episode are positive for da shipping.

Do you think that this episode will fuel the rest of the series and mark the beginning of a new chapter in both Serena's journey and her friendship/relationship with Ash? Or is this just another filler episode that won't mean much in the future? I think this arc is important at least for some further episodes, but not the rest of the series. I think this will make Serena's journey more interesting. Idk how it would affect ash, friendship/relationship wise.

Hi guys,
I've been following this thread for the longest of times and finally decided to make an account and join in! Hope you don't mind!

So, I was re-watching episode 39 but with subtitles on... and the scene where everyone is gathered in the cabin and meeting everyone all at once... and Tierno calls Serena 'cute', which then prompts Shauna to say to everyone... "Sorry, Tierno gets crushes easily."
I know you guys talked about this in an earlier thread, but now, that's makes me wonder, maybe Tierno will have a slight affect on amourshipping in this summer camp arc? Or will he be just like Brock and stuff?
Because, maybe, say, Tierno will have an affect on the ship itself, maybe a slight one... but Tierno always tries to impress Serena in battle and tries to make her watch him and Ash has a sudden annoyance at that but he doesn't know why but he wants Serena to be watching him...

Again, sorry guys, but I had to put that out and was wondering what you all think even thought there was a discussion earlier but since the English sub is out and all... and that was there, I just wanted to let you guys know.

And about the episode that just about to come out... you have to think... the writers obviously didn't give a summer camp arc without our knowledge that Serena and Ash met at summer camp when they were younger... so there has to be some hints in the episodes. I think this episode that is just about to air, Ash and Serena are dragged down to the cliff and Serena may get a scrap on her knee and Ash becomes really concern and gives the handkerchief and wraps it around Serena's knee quickly and Serena is surprised and the memories come flooding back to her (Basically sort of what happened when they were younger). But then Serena realizes he scrapped his arm on the way down, so then Serena gives the handkerchief to Ash and puts it around his arm.. then Ash says that she should use it, and pushes her away. But then Serena winks at Ash, while blushing and reminds him he did this for her when they were younger, and that it was her turn to help him out. Ash smiles and thanks her, and maybe a little blushing from him?

I don't really know, lol.
But yeah, first post I'm ever posting and hoping to see where amourshipping will go in the future!

If this upcoming episode does not contain at least one single hint, this will be the 1st Serena focused episode to not contain any. That being said, it would probably lessen any expectations for future episodes that would involve Serena.

Anyway, I'm just going to take whatever hints they throw at us in this episode.

The other characters will notice Serena's crush towards Ash if there is a hint from Serena. Do if you want other characters to notice Serena's crush, you've gotta hope for Amourshipping hints from Serena.

I don't know what they talked about because my internet went crazy, it seems they have a nice chat alone. Satoshi stared again at Serena (of course not in a romantic way) when they are alone, but it's nice to see Satoshi staring at Serena with a gentle face.

Edit:
I'm not sure in this one because of my internet again, when Serena and Sana were talking at night I heard Serena said "because of Satoshi" something like that. I'm not sure what is their topic maybe PK or someone will translate it later.

Just watched the episode!!! The scene with Ash and Serena alone seemed to give us two hints. One was Ash looking at Serena as she hugged Fennekin. Seemed as though he had noticed how much she cared for it. And the other one..... Serena said something out loud which surprised Ash, although he didn't know what she meant (I think) and she quickly realised she said it and brushed it off embarrassed. Anyone for translation?
