Anyways we're 6 days away of the AmourDay the day when internet stopped.
The kiss episode, I still remember that day when everyone on here was ready to call it a day and kept the expectations low.
Then the escalator scene happened next thing you knew this page blew up.

The kiss was the most unexpected thing that could have ever happened in the Pokémon anime. Even Ash winning the League or retiring from the series had higher chances than the showrunners deciding that Ash should get a direct kiss (on the lips) from a girl that loves him. It never happened between May and Drew, or Dawn and Kenny. You get some vague confession or admittance and that's it.
The kiss removes all ambiguity... and pretty much spells a preemptive end to all future Ash ships.

That's right all the credit to Yajima and his producer Shukichi Kanda who planned to implement this subplot in XY series before Amourshipping i wasn't into any ship because most of them were biased by the favorite girl of each individual had in the anime, Amour gained my heart with how well stablished it is since the very beginning of the series i think we can't ask anything more than what we got because i know plenty of anime series from different genres that never had even a kiss from their pairings even the married ones we were blessed than in a obtuseness franchise like Pokemon Yajima was able to get this in the episode itself he was looking for a on screen kiss but we know how this absurd and hypocrite franchise is kudos to him and the real fans for support this romantic relationship since the very beginning.

Honestly, the kiss works better when you don't show it. It's one of those moments that is best left to imagination of the fans. So many people try to recreate the actual kiss but they never really live up to the imagination that the feet tell in the actual scene.
I think it isn't a nig deal it's a kiss between two lover birds that's it i don't think anyone should think much about how exactly the scene is i think it's pretty clear there's even a rough sketch from animestyle magazine the same Yajima gave that interview and other sketches from Kalos League scenes between Ash Greninja and Charizard X where you see Serena and Ash kiss while she was running the escalator but as i said it's a kiss a cute one trying to make a mental picture of how exactly should be doesn't make sense and they should've show it because it is nothing but because it's a pure expression of love between them.
