Is it possible to earn 4x your earnings by using two pokemon with Amulet Coins?

No; I've tried and it doesn't work. You can only double your earnings and nothing more.

There are much faster ways of getting lots of money than training a Meowth to Level 100. Just run through the Elite 4 over and over.

Also Ocean glitch trick exists to raise Pokémon to level 100!

Don´t forget the fact that the other meowth you put in Daycare can get some TM 26.

Ocean glitch?? never heard of it. what is it. does it work on emerald

It does not work on Emerald. I think there is a spot on route 132 that you can walk on a tile, but there is still a current. You only need to find some way to hold down the control pad and voila!
