What is a website that can let you animate stuff? I realy wanna kno how to animate! Someone help me!

You can't do it on a website. The GIMP can make animations, but it's a little hard. Google GIMP and you should find it.

Yay! I was going to make a topic asking if Gimp can do it! Can you tell me how? Like can I animate the sprites?

I hav to w8 till my parents get home (went to redsox game. my uncle is throwing the first pitch). So yeah....

Hopefully, I'll write a tutorial on animating with The GIMP soon so you guys can understand how. It's really hard to explain without pictures, so, yeah.

That costs money though. For a free program look up "Infreeze" in Google. Its a good freeware tool. for that program save the seperate frames at the same size in GIF image format and then drag the different frames into Unfreeze. It will explain on the site you can download it from.
