Ok, I don't know which thread this should go in, but if it dosn't go in this one, please say so.

Anyway, can anyone recommend a program that can let me make animations? And if you can do it with the Paint program on the computer, can you please PM me a way to make tha animations with it? I wanted to try and make some of my own.
