It will air alongside the D/P series. This was said way back when the D/P series was first announced.

Opposing schools of thought have come to a standstill on this. Some think that Ash and May, more likely May, are done and will leave before Shinou begins. Others think that they will simply add Pearl to the cast and likely boot Brock. There's equally good logic to both arguments, so until the September titles are revealed we don't know.

I always thought that Max would leave, and hopefully May, and the new D/P girl will come in to place. They can never get rid of Ash :/ Impossible. Better yet, Maybe it just should be the new girl and Ash... o_O oooohhh

You would essentially be saying the last 4 years of the show never happened.

Do you guys have no concept of writing at all? I'm amazed that people cannot grasp this for themselves.
