If you have a look at the cluster of trees between steven and the guys house that tells you what pokeblok you pokemon likes in Mossdeep there is some light that you can just see. Any Ideas of what it is?

I'm looking at the trees you're talking about, and I don't see any "light." In any case, I can assure you there's nothing secret hidden there, in the US or the Japanese games.

I (think that) know that, in emerald, sapphire, ruby all the games some pixels aren´t working correctly, like when you´re in the item menu you can see a litle blue or green dot among the names, when you are going to face brawly in the black part that there is below where the hero is (in the hall) you can see a light dot walking with you, just very little details.

I've never heard of any type of glitch or mistake for that area that you're talking about. Of course that doesn't mean that it doesn't exist, but just the same I think it's probably just a mistake in your version. However from the picture of that area that you showed us it appears as if it was just the patch of ground underneath the trees.

It...er....no. o.o It's just a palette error. The game wouldn't make such a mistake. It's far too sophisticated.
