This is pretty good. I'd replace umbreon for espeon, just out of personal preference. I would do psychic shadow ball calm mind grass knot. Give empoleon drill peck so espeon could get grass knot.

If you want umbreon, delete protect for psychic. Helps against fighting types. Umbreon could benefit from some extra coverage, aside from payback.

Also, go with thunderbolt on luxray. Or, if you want something physical, go with spark. It has the same power as thunder fang, better accuracy, and better chance of paralysis.

I could understand the reasoning for Hydro Pump, but it doesn't have as good of accuracy as Surf. You could give it Wide Lens to boost the accuracy up to 90%, but still. I'd go with Flash Cannon for STAB and a bit more type coverage.

Thunderbolt might not be a good idea due to higher attack. Spark has the same power and higher accuracy than Thunder Fang. I guess you could just give it a Wide Lens with Thunder Fang so you still retain the 10% chance to flinch (if you move first). Lower chance of paralysis isn't bad because of Thunder Wave.

Looks good, though it might be bad to have only one attacking move. I'm not really an expert on Umbreon. You may want to consider Espeon instead.

You certainly have helped! My friend is pretty dead set on using Umbreon since he used Espeon in Black 2, so he's gonna have to find out for himself that in-game Umbreon is pretty useless :p
