any good dbz games?

ive been kinda wanting to play some dbz games but dont know which ones to buy. is there any dbz rpgs? if there isnt which games would you guys recommend?

Well, the Legacy of Goku games had some RPG elements, but they were very bad. If you want a good DBZ fighting game, then go for Budokai 3 or Budokai Tenkai'chi.

(And for you picky people, I'm well aware that Budokai Tenkai'chi was originally called Sparking, it's not part of the Budokai series, and the word order is wrong, so don't get on me for that.)

What do you mean? LOG 2 wasn't perfect, but it was still very enjoyable.

Actually, you can get the first two LOG games in a single cartridge now, so, yay I guess. Theres also that card battle rpg thing for the GBC, if you can still find a copy.

I admit, the first one wasn't that great and really bad looking (But I'm thankful for saving anywhere and then infinite health cheat. ) but the second one was great. And I really loved Buu's Fury.

You're on drugs. It's awful. If you want a side-scrolling, beat-'em-up Dragon Ball game, wait for Dragon Ball: Advance Adventure or import it.

The Legend of Goku was bad. The hit detection was awful. HOWEVER, LoG II and LoG III: Buu's Fury are very good and better than the first.

Here are the games I recommend that are available:

GameBoy Advance: SuperSonic Warriors, Dragon Ball - Advance Adventure, Legacy of Goku II, Buu's Fury

Nintendo DS: SuperSonic Warriors 2

PlayStation 2: Budokai, Budokai 3, Sparking!/Budokai Tenkaichi

The GameCube has the first two Budokai games available. The PSP has Shin Budokai coming up, which is a revamped and new version of Budokai 3 (it's B3 and yet it's not). Advance Adventure is available in Japan and the UK and is on its way to the US soon.

By all means, AVOID Ultimate Battle 22, Final Bout, Taikestu, Sagas, and Dragon Ball GT: Transformation.

looking for gamecube. how's dragonball z: sagas? is that kind of like an rpg or is it just fighting?

Budokai 3, that is it. nothing else is worth getting, too bad too, there should be some great games.

Dragonball Z Budokai and DBZ Budokai 2 were good, but it got stupid as the series progressed. That's about it. But I heard a game was being made based on the original Dragonball series. If that's true, that'll easily be my favorite.
