Any good trainers to use Thief on?

Are there any trainers in the game whose Pokémon have awesome hold items in FR/LG, or is it mostly just wild Pokémon that hold items? Just wondering since I finally decided to use a few of my TMs (I don't like to use them for the sake of cataloguing them, but that never did anyone any good anyway, and Thief's sort of useless...)

You can steal some good stuff from trainers but, I do not know any good ones

For some reason, I think Ladies and Rich Boys usually have Full Restores attachted to thier pokemon. I could be wrong though.

One FAQ mentioned some Crush Kin on Route 15 that are full of Black Belt-- this is quite alright! Any others?
