Any idea for a good Smeargle moveset combo in MD?

I just got Smeargle. I haven't decide a moveset yet. Don't know how well these moveset will work:

Metal Sound + Giga Drain + Thunderbolt + Recycle (PP max)

BTW, is recycle the item possible? I have not seen Mr. Mime or Porygon yet.

Torment + Encore + Tickle/Screech + any physical attack/counter

I want Pay day but is there any wild Meowth?
