Any place to train?

Could any body tell me good place were i could train my Pokemon? They are currently LV 36 but my Skarmory is 29 and Lillep is LV 22, also i am up to the 7th gym.

Well, you can defeat all the swimmers etc. in the sea everywhere.
You can also train between fortree and lilicove, and you can fight trainers on the match-call.

Gabby&Ty wouldn't be too bad, when Exploud and Magneton reach lvl 39 they stop growing, which makes no sense because Exploud has to be atleast 40.

Gabby&Ty are what I always use. Swimmers are also nice too.

Which game, b'/c if it is Emerald, the wild pkmn in the Magma Hideout are higher twenties, which may suffice, or else yes, the many swimmers that players tend to skip...

If I were you, I'd use Match Call (if you have Emerald) and battle Gabby & Ty, and the swimmers too.

Gabby and Ty are always helpful (Ty is unfair, Exploud at Lvl 39 )
You can also use the swimmers, the trainers in Mt. Pyre, the trainers in Route 123 (south of Mt. Pyre) and of course you can raid Match Call.

If you have beaten all of them, the wild Pokemon inside Mt. Pyre and in Routes 120-121 are also good.
