I don't remember ever criticizing "SM ash" specifically while defending some other version of him. What i hate is the amount of privileges and plot armor he got during the league bit as a personality? He's the same f.ucking battle bot you keep talking about from XY. Ash is a terrible character in general and that includes your beloved "SM ash" and XY/DP ash as well.
