Anyone ever catch a shiny Staryu?

Man has anyone ever accomplished this? I wish I could catch a shiny staryu and evolve it into a starmie because a shiny starmie is pretty much the COOLEST looking shiny pokemon. anyone ever caught a shiny staryu?!
