I know it's a fake, but I always see at least 4 of them on Ebay, usually with no info except "it works" and "it's not like the other games"

I can't help but be curious. Is it just a bootleg pokemon game with different artwork? Is it just an empty nonfunctional cartridge? Lemme know if you have a clue.
