Well I have tried out loads of solutions and finally found out!I found out that the colour of your berry will be the same colour as the type your looking for.Like say if you wanted a blue pokeblock,mix a oran berry and there you go you have a blue pokeblock because a oran berry is blue so it would do a blue pokeblock.

Note:This doesn't work with all berrys.

Uh, the colour of the Block depends on the taste of the used berry/berries. (Though these so-called tastes are colour-marked, eg. blue for dry etc.)

That's right...

SPICY --->Red
DRY --->Blue
SWEET --->Pink
BITTER --->Green
SOUR --->Yellow

So you can get combinations out of them, for example if you mix a SPICY berry with a BITTER berry, you get a purple Pokeblock. It doesn't have anything to do with the actual berry's colour, although it somethimes provides a clue as to whether it's sweet, dry, etc.

The first five berries (Pecha, Aspear, Cheri, Chesto, Rawst) mostly match their taste. Going by data and dex entries these are the flavors:

Spicy: Cheri, Pinap, Figy, Pomeg, Qualot, Tamato, Spelon, Liechi
Dry: Chesto, Kelpsy, Wiki, Hondew, Pamtre, Tamato, Razz
Sweet: Nanab, Pecha, Mago, Grepa, Bluk, Magost, Watmel

Will post Bitter and Sour later.

Well, the best berries for making High Level PokéBlocks are the rarer ones. Liechi, Ganlon, Salac, Apicot, and Petaya will make the highest levels, (60's) and the Spelon, Pamtre, Watmel, Durin, and Belue Berries will also make pretty high level (50's) PokéBlocks.

u know what i found out? pokes will love the flavour that they're nature increases, but dislike the flavour that they're nature decreases.

Ex: Adamant natured Swampert

Will love Red pokeblocks (red=cool, cool=nature that will up attack)
Will hate Blue pokeblocks (blue=beauty, beauty=nature that ups special attack)

there is a beauty on route 120 near the lake. she will give one of three berries depending on the last number in your ID. she will always give the same berry so you'll have to trade with friends to get the others. I'm not sure what numbers give which berries, so you'll have to check that one out.
