Wonder what Pokemon would be Advantageous for this adjective.

Burakoru

Belly Slide
Any of Honchkrow's abilities could be seen as advantageous;

Super Luck raises it's chances of critical hits, which can be the death of opponents in battle.

Insomnia stops pokemon who's main goal is to put the opponent to sleep;

and Moxie, oh Moxie. Faint a pokemon, and your attack goes up. Attack being Honchkrow's HIGHEST stat does add some perks to the ability and gives him quite the advantage.

Although in a way; almost all pokemon ('cept for like, Metapod, Kakuna, Magikarp, and Feebas) are advantageous in their own circumstances.

BlazikenBlitz

Blaziken Ninja
Vulpix has Drought, and Drought is very Advantageous to many pokemon, including fire types, Solarbeam learners, and Chlorophyll users.

Mew. This little embryo-cat-adorableness-thing is able to score almost any TM, HM and Move Tutor attack in any main series game ever. With solid stats and decent monotype, it has a use in jack-of-all-trades class warfare. As it can deal out damage, hold its own and support teammates, sometimes all in the same move set. As an edge in battle goes, Mew is quite advantageous.

epic mew

Zorark + mew = death
Voltorb, When he uses explosion or self destruct, It's KNOWN to take down the foe too, Plus his card move is destiny burst (XY) Which if he gets knocked out, Put 6 damage counters on the pokemon who defeated voltorb, Very useful and advantageous.

Gryghaim

InfernalBlaze
I'd say Zygarde is quite advantageous. It has pretty all round stats, meaning it could do pretty much anything. It can also learn Extremespeed to give it an advantage over foes which are fater than it. It can also be taken advantage of due to it's quadruple weakness to Ice types. It can also be an advantage to the entire world, since it protects ecosystems or something.

Crimson Penguin

Marchin' on
Swampert is one of the more advantageous Pokemon for a RSE playthrough. Its typing is strong against the majority of the gyms, it can learn several HMs for easier travel, it only has one weakness, and it's a pretty powerful Pokemon overall with access to a variety of moves.

Tally
Burakoru - Honchkrow
CuriousHeartless - Nosepass
Face - Bulbasaur
BlazikenBlitz - Vulpix
Toy Soldier Mafia - Mew
epic mew - Voltorb
Gryghaim - Zygarde
Crimson Penguin - Swampert

ok, then.

In 5th Place: Bulbasaur. 1st gen locked it for him

4th: Honchcrow. Many good abilities, but offset by his weaknesses.

3rd: Voltorb. Advantageous in the TCG, but not enough elsewhere

2nd: Swampert. One of the top Final form Water Starters

Winner: Mew. Never know what you will face, which is very advantageous for it.

This game is back alive and kicking. In fact, it is Deathless.

Gryghaim

InfernalBlaze
Magcargo could bee seen as deathless since it's body is apparently hotter than the surface of the sun, which means it is able to live in circumstances which would kill many other living creatures. It also knows Recover.

Goodraman

Man of 1000 Goomys
SHEDINJA yeah, it can only be killed by supereffectives or status like poison/burn
