The opening to FRLG show charizard and venasaur with only 2 colors right?
Well after scrolling through the rom i found this:

If you actually played through to the end of the game you'd see that all four pictures are in the credits. There is no evidence that a WaterBlue or LightningYellow will ever exist, not to mention it's already too late with Diamond and Pearl being released in Japan at the end of this year.

I'd go into further detail but I'm lazy. You're in the wrong forum BTW.
